Favorite dessert!


yea...this topic gotta be like one of the most boring one but i'll just blog it anyway cause it came across my mind alot of times. hmmm yea talking bout fav dessert it has to be chendol and greenbean soup(*esp my mums*). well i tried the chendol at food republic b4 and it ROCKS...totally! Fell in love with it...its only once and i still got the urge to go have it again.


But where does all these fav thingy come bout...yea...it gotta be my childhood. when to malace and tasted my 1st chendol without shaved ice...it was delightful...malacca's chendol gotta be the best in town. as sum u guys dunno, chendol originated frm the peranakans. compared to chendol made locally by chinese or malays...they still lose out to the peranakans...yea...they're but actually chendol is a term for the green jelly thing in it...which in the past u dun see it having the redbeans, atapchi or maybe the chinchows...and of course the disgusting sweet corn...damn it! Chinese invented version suck to the core...totally spoil the taste...added so much things that it make it seem like mini ice kacang! so if u ask for nice chendol, go for those without the extras chinchow and sweetcorn...they suck!


down to greenbean...hmmm dunno when this fav come about but its there for quite sumtime...since young...just love haing mum's homecook greenbean soup...she knows me well enuff to make it...just wanna thks her for reminding herself...yeap i love my mum! she's the best! hmmm...having it right now so i can't avoid having all this past memories of food in my mind...all the cravings....AH! i gotta stop it...hahha!
